Soft Stainless Wire
Soft Stainless Wire used to tie skirts on lures or as rigging wire to secure Ballyhoo to the rig. Cut in twelve inch lengths.
Tip(s): 1. Using stainless wire to secure skirts is a more tooth proof method than tying with thread.
2. Using wire to secure your Ballyhoo to the rig is by far the most durable method and is most often used by pros in Billfish tournaments because wire often keeps the bait secure to the rig even after repeated strikes, whereas springs and rubber bands are quicker to come loose and cause the bait to spin. Pros know using soft stainless is also more durable than copper wire.
